Swimming + Functional Fitness = SWIMWOD!
Add something new and unique to your training which is not only fun but will get you fitter in AND out the pool!
Great if you are training for CrossFit or Hydrox events!
Sessions include:
1. Warm up
2. Skill - swimming related and will usually focus on one of the 4 strokes for that day.
3. Workout of the day. - This will include both pool and land exercises as well as traditional swimming. (Can be adjusted to suit if you have kit or not)
4. Drill and skill videos for you to follow.
1 x Session a week = £20 per month
2 x Sessions a week = £30 per month.
