The aim is to help you achieve your goals with a happy heart and a healthy body and mind. Whether you are looking for physical coaching, psychological coaching, or both, I look forward to helping you achieve your potential.

What IronMind Performance can offer you…

IronMind Performance offers two services which may sometimes overlap.

About Me

2015 World Masters Championships

My career has involved working in high-performance environments as both an athlete and a coach, and I have coached athletes of multiple ability levels across various different sports, including swimming, CrossFit and running since 2016. My main athletic career was in swimming where I competed internationally, however I have also enjoyed taking part in recreational CrossFit competitions and endurance events including triathlons and marathons. I have always used psychological tools and techniques to help me achieve my own sporting goals, as well as in my coaching to help other people with theirs. Now, I am also utilising these skills as a practitioner of sports psychology, with the aim of helping people to improve their performance and enjoy their sport.


The idea behind IronMind Performance

The IronMind Performance logo represents both myself and you, the client.

For me, the circle represents the holistic combination of the three triangle points: my experiences as an athlete, a coach and a sports psychologist. I believe this will make me a stronger coach and practitioner and well equipped to help you achieve your goals.

For you, it represents the alignment of mind and body to enhance your performance and wellbeing.
