5km Focus

I have worked with many athletes training for half marathons, full marathons and even ultra marathons (the longest distance run I have programmed for is 128km over 2 days!)

These distances become more person-specific and I aim to plan the programmes around individual life-styles, experience levels, and event goals, therefore I do not have any generic training programmes for these distances, as the programme will be bespoke designed for you specifically.
